Ordering And Returns

Order Turnaround:
 
Orders are processed withing 24 hours of receipt. Due to the nature of our business,
some lead times can be up to 7 days. We create everything here, and if for some reason we
cannot ship within the normal time frames, we will contact you and let you know. "In Stock"
listed on our website means it is available for immediate shipping and typically is shipped within
48 hours of the order being received.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking:
Once a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking
information.
Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and
your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will
be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders:
We don't do back orders except in certain situations. Your complete order is shipped when it's
available.

Check/Money Orders: Order will be shipped AFTER funds are processed.
Cash On Delivery is NOT accepted. 

Credit Card Charges:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill
your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Returns/Exchanges:

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email us to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed and dated letter stating the reason for your return and
the copy or original receipt/packing slip.

Return Exceptions:
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include clearance,
closeouts, and numbered or signed exclusives. Merchandise that has been worn, used,
or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:
All items returned may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
This policy may be altered or waived depending on the situation, and is at our discretion,
usually in the case of defect.

Exchanges:
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
