Pre-approval
All returns must be pre-approved by emailing us. You will be given a RMA (return material authorization) number to include both on the packaging label and inside of the package with the merchandise. Returns without this approval and information will not be accepted, no exceptions.
 
Return Period
Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. There are no refunds. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of an exchange.
 
Return Condition
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
 
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the reason for return is defective merchandise. All return packages must be trackable. We are not responsible for delayed or lost return packages, and it is up to the customer to seek resolution with the shipping provider in the event of a loss or delay .

Lost or Delayed Shipments 
In general, we will do our best to properly handle lost shipments, but there are some exceptions: 
 
Incorrect Address
If the seller provides the wrong address, but the package is delivered to that location, the buyer is responsible. 
 
Insecure Location
If the buyer provides an insecure location for delivery, and the package is stolen, the buyer is responsible.
 
Refusing the Package

If the package is refused and returned to us, the buyer is still responsible for the shipping costs. If the buyer refuses to accept the package, and it is lost after that, the buyer is responsible for both the merchandise and shipping costs. 

Shipping Delays 
We can't be responsible for shipments delayed due to weather conditions, logistics challenges, or customs issues. During shipping we monitor progress and we will do our best to inform you of any potential situations that may occur.
 
Import Duties, Fees And Taxes
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges associated with your shipment are your sole responsibility to pay upon delivery.
 
Other:
We guarantee the condition and quality of what we sell, but we cannot guarantee suitability for your choices of use in your projects for merchandise we sell.
 
We reserve the right to modify or amend these policies at any time, in our sole discretion, without providing prior notice to you.
